By participating in the Network of Agents program, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree with the terms and conditions provided below. For questions, concerns, or additional information on these terms, please contact us.

Payment and Billing

At the time of sign up, the initial set up fee will be invoiced with terms of "Due on Receipt." The set up fee is payable in advance and must be received prior to the completion of any set up work. The initial invoice will be sent via email to the supplied email address or faxed if no email address has been provided. Following completion of the set up and site activation, monthly subscription dues will be billed on a monthly basis on either the 1st or 15th of the month, depending on the account billing cycle. Terms for monthly subscription are also "Due on Receipt." Monthly invoices will be sent via email to the email address that is included with your Network of Agents address (ie: agentname@networkofagents.com,) or faxed for an additional charge of $0.25 to cover additional processing and telephone charges.

Y4H Designs accepts Mastercard, Visa, and Discover, and all emailed invoices will have the option of paying online with a credit card via a secure form. For faxed invoices, accounts will have the option to call and provide a credit card number for processing. In addition, checks and money orders are accepted, payable to: Y4H Designs.

All accounts will have the option of setting up automated monthly billing via credit card, which will be on either the 1st or 15th of the month, depending on the account billing cycle. Monthly subscription may also be paid in advance for 3, 6, or 12 months. A 5% discount will be given for advanced payments for 6 or 12 months.

All past due invoices will incur a monthly finance charge of 1.5%. Invoices that are over 45 days past due will result in the suspension of the availability of the Network of Agents website and email address until such time as past due balances and late fees paid in full.

Content Submission and File Format

Text may be sent in a variety of electronic formats, and the following are examples of those accepted: .txt, .doc, .wpd. Text may also be included directly into an email and mailed to: info@networkofagents.com. Hard copies of content are accepted, but a fee of $60/hour applies for hand typing the information into the website. If you are unsure about the format that you are sending, please contact us for additional information and assistance.

Images should be sent web-ready in either .gif or .jpg format, and should be less than 15K in file size. Image size in pixels will be dependent on the design choice that is made, and should be discussed at the time of set up. Each design includes images, and additional and custom images may result in an additional set up charge of $60/per hour.

Use of Copyrighted Material

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all information within their account is their own work. Copyrighted materials include art, music and other works. Clients agree to indemnify Y4H Designs, LLC of any possible litigation involving trademark or copyrighted materials.

Client agrees not to modify any copyright notices in features (Perl programs, etc.) provided by Y4H Designs, LLC. Modification of scripts provided by Y4H Designs, LLC without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Use of Personal Information

It is the responsibility of the client to obtain permission to publish the personal information of any individual onto their website. This may include email address, telephone numbers, and mailing addresses. Clients agree to indemnify Y4H Designs, LLC of any possible litigation involving the use of personal information by the client on their website.

Site Maintenance and Updates

Each website will include site maintenance and updates made directly by Y4H Designs as part of the monthly subscription service. A maximum of 2 monthly updates are included for a total monthly development time requirement of 1/2 hour. Additional site updates and maintenance made by Y4H Designs in excess of this allowance will be billed at $60 per hour. In addition, any updates made utilizing Network of Agents update utilities are unlimited as they do not require the direct involvement of Y4H Designs.

Updates included in the above paragraph are limited to content only, and do not include transferring all content from one design template to another. Additional charges will apply to change design templates after the set up has been completed and the site is live.

Design Template Use and License

The design templates used for the Network of Agents program are the copyrighted intellectual property of Y4H Designs, LLC, and are licensed for use by the participant (client) through the payment of the initial set up fees and monthly subscription. This license exists as long as the client desires to participate, and remains current financially with Y4H Designs. At no time is direct ownership transferred to the client of any template graphics, content, or design themes. Content provided directly by the client is excluded, and remains the property of the client. At the termination of client participation either by Y4H Designs or the client, access and license to the design templates is terminated.
